Eligibility for Returns
- Return Period:
- You are eligible to return any product within 30 days of receiving it.
- Condition of Returned Items:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
- Exceptions:
- Some items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or items purchased on sale, may not be returnable or may be subject to different return policies.
Process for Returns
- Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without a valid RMA number.
- Shipping Returns:
- Once you have your RMA number, please pack the item securely and include any forms we've provided. Ship the item to our returns address, which will be provided with your RMA.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Proof of Shipment:
- We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned item reaches us undamaged and on time.
Refunds
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds or Deductions:
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
